Scope

This policy covers the website at arqaios.com (the “Site”), operated by Arqaios, Inc. (“Arqaios”, “we”, “us”). It describes what information the Site collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It does not cover the ALLIE product; data handling for ALLIE deployments is governed by the agreements between Arqaios and each operator.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter, typically your name, work email, organization, area of interest, approximate number of rooms and your message. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up on your inquiry.

Technical and usage information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We measure how the Site is used with two cookieless analytics services, Vercel Web Analytics and Plausible Analytics. They record the pages you view and how long you stay, the country and city you connect from, the site that referred you, and your device, browser and operating system, and they count clicks on a few key links and buttons (for example, opening the contact form, playing the film or the podcast, or downloading press materials). Neither service sets cookies, stores your IP address or follows you across other websites; visitors are counted with an identifier that resets every day.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, schedule walkthroughs and briefings, improve the Site, protect it from abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing lists unless you ask to be added.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and deliver messages (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers), under terms that limit their use of the information to providing those services, and where required by law.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided through the Site by contacting us via the contact form. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests.

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third parties (for example, videos hosted on YouTube). Those providers may collect information according to their own policies when the embedded content loads.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard protections. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
