Chicago, January 22, 2026. Arqaios, Inc. closed out the CES 2026 season with two industry honors for ALLIE, its fixture-native sensing platform. The Consumer Technology Association named ALLIE a CES 2026 Innovation Awards Honoree in the Smart Home category, and the editors of Residential Systems selected it for a 2026 Picks Award.
ALLIE builds 60 GHz mmWave radar, acoustic and environmental sensors and on-device AI into standard light switches, power outlets and HVAC vents. The fixtures detect falls, sense presence and manage room-level energy without cameras or wearables, and they process what they sense inside the room. Arqaios demonstrated live mmWave sensing in the switch form factor at CES 2026 in Las Vegas.
The two honors follow Arqaios's selection as one of six finalists in the National Association of REALTORS 2025 Tech Innovation Pitch Battle in November 2025, and the grant of the company's second U.S. patent, on AI-enabled emergency detection and response in smart fixtures, in October 2025.
Arqaios is initially focused on senior living, memory care and hotels, where a fall behind a closed door and an empty room that is still being heated and cooled are everyday problems the building itself can solve.
