Chicago, October 22, 2025. The National Association of REALTORS has selected Arqaios, Inc. as one of six finalists in its 2025 Tech Innovation Pitch Battle. Founder and CEO Bruce Ross pitched ALLIE on stage at NAR NXT, The REALTOR Experience, in Houston on November 15, 2025.
NAR described Arqaios as a company that transforms ordinary outlets, switches and vents into AI-enabled fixtures that automate energy use, detect emergencies and enhance occupant safety without cameras or wearables. The other finalists were 1031 Specialists, LernMore, NEO, Pairgap and SingleKey.
The selection was Arqaios's first national recognition, ahead of the CES 2026 Innovation Awards honor and the Residential Systems 2026 Picks Award that followed in January 2026.
